Artichoke Dip

Got this recipe from Nadine – always a hit with the guests.

1-14 oz can artichoke hearts – drained and chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of lemon juice

 

Mix all together and cook @ 350F 10 minutes or until bubbling around the sides. Serve with crackers.
