Another great recipe. Found this one on Bell'alimento by Paula Jones. This woman is brilliant in the kitchen. I'm aiming to try many more of her recipes.
Guac is a favourite in this house. We like it with the "lime" flavoured nachos. Super easy to make. Tried many recipes and this is the one we came up with.
A long time ago (35 yrs.), a woman gave me a copy of this recipe. I recall making it and it was very good.
Fast forward... 35 yrs. later, I found the said recipe in my recipe box. Oh My, I had been looking for it for over 25 years.
I've yet to meet anyone who does not like pickled eggs.
I've made them numerous times, but have now mastered the perfect brine :)
These are little pancakes with a dollop of sour cream (or other such as goat cheese), topped with a small piece of salmon and fresh dill.
I had left over mashed potatoes. Looked for a few recipes, and decided to wing it on my own. And they were excellent.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Looked at a few recipes, combined a number of instructions, and came up with these.
The method is slightly different than version 1, and in my opinion, better :)

Got this recipe from Alain many many moons ago – it is excellent.
Can be eaten with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
Easy to make and looks nice when served.
You can pretty much use your favourite ingredients, but you definitely need the cream cheese and goat cheese.
Al telefono means telephone pole because when you bite into them, the cheese stretches like a telephone pole... Go Figure!
