Excellent comfort food.

This excellent fish dish is nice with haddock and easy to make.

There's nothing more comforting than chicken parmigiana. I try to make it as often as I can.

Acquired from Nadine, and fabulous as she says. And indeed it was. It was also excellent as a sandwich the next day... with hubby's homemade bread of course :)

These rolls are my favourite. I always have hubby make them for me since he does them best. They make for a beautiful presentation.

We normally serve them with fresh homemade small ravioli.

If you make it, they will come!

Serve with cauliflower salad.

We normally have this meal on Christmas eve.
