Found this recipe Nov. 2013 on Martha's site. Sarah Carey makes them. I really like her style. There is also a video of Sarah making them.

 

Really easy and good.

Since that was an invention (easy one) from a long time ago, I can only image that I mixed everything together, dropped it in a buttered/oiled fry pan, cooked a bit until the under was golden, and broiled the top.

When I make it again, I will adjust accordingly.

Delicious is all I can say.
