Boston Salad Dressing

 

The secret here is to put and mix the ingredients directly on the salad and then mix with your hands. It should also be prepared at the last minute since the lettuce will wilt.

Wash and pat dry one head boston lettuce. Add the following ingredients and mix with your hands as you go:

Olive oil
Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Few capers
Pinch sugar
Salt and pepper
Italian tomatoes – chopped
Thin slices red onion
