Cannoli... a la Nadine

Just acquired from Nadine today (May 2014).

Who knows best than Nadine... she is a fine cook!

I will definitely try these soon and post real images.

Ingredients

475 g. ricotta (one container)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. mini chocolate chips, semi-sweet and of good quality
3/4 tsp. grated fresh orange zest (I used one orange)
1/4 tsp. fresh orange juice
 

The making of...
Mix all ingredients together and let sit in the fridge to allow flavours to combine (about 2 hrs.)
 
Place filling in a small Ziploc bag. Cut one corner off (not too big) and use to fill the cannoli.
 
Quantity fills 18 cannoli with some left-overs to be eaten right out of the bowl.
