Egg Rolls - Aunt Cécile's

 

She normally makes over 100 at a time.

 

I've yet to make them.  Real picture coming soon.

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. lean ground pork
1 medium cabbage
4 onions
1 lb. bean sprouts
1 tsp. salt
1.4 cup white sugar
1 egg (2 tsp. soya sauce)
1/2 tsp. brown spices (chinese)
1/2 tsp. white spices

1/4 cup flower

 

Compliment to Tante Cécile!

Chop cabbage and onions fine.
Add remainder of ingredients to cabbage except for pork.

 

Fry ground pork until redness is gone. Add to the cabbage mixture.

 

Put everything in a collander and drain for a few hours.

 

Egg roll wrappers - You'll need 3 packages
Wet edge to make then stick. Use eggs.

 

Fry in deep fryer until golden. Drain on brown paper.
