Fritatta

 

Since that was an invention (easy one) from a long time ago, I can only image that I mixed everything together, dropped it in a buttered/oiled fry pan, cooked a bit until the under was golden, and broiled the top.

When I make it again, I will adjust accordingly.

Eggs
Spinach
Mozzarella cheese – the real one
Cheddar cheese
Sun dried tomatoes
Salt and pepper
