Lentil Soup
Oil and butter
Ground pork – hand full
2 carrots – sliced thin
Few celery sticks – sliced
Onion – diced
1 can lentil
Chicken broth – 1 cup
Salt, pepper, paprika
Parmesan cheese
Add oil and butter in pot. Sauté ground pork, carrots, celery, and onion.
Add can of lentil, chicken broth, and spices. Simmer 1/2 hour.
Serve with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
