Mousse au Grand Marnier
This recipe will have your guests wooing-waaing you.
They will think you slaved all day.
Most excellent and easy to make... just slightly time consuming.
Ingredients
6 egg yolks
3/4 cup sugar
Mix together and set aside.
2 cups whipped cream (you have to whip it) – Fold in first mixture.
3 oz. Grand Marnier – Fold in mixture.
Slice top of 6 oranges. Scoop out pulp and fill with mixture. Freeze overnight.
Makes 1/2 doz.
**I normally double the recipe. You will not stop at one... yummie!!!
