Orange Glazed Onions

Cook pearl onions in water for a few minutes. Drain and set aside.

Put oil and butter in fry pan.

Squeeze juice from 2 oranges in pan, add salt and pepper. Boil, then add onions. Let sauce evaporate. Keep mixing to coat all onions.

Add 3 tbsp. brown sugar and mix to coat.
