Oven Roasted Potatoes
Oven-roasted veggies are the easiest thing you can make. No screw-ups here.
Veggies, oil, and spices... and voilà !!!
Use you imagination and veggies you like such as taters, carrots, sweet potatoes, rutabaga, parsnip, etc.
In this picture, potatoes and carrots are used.
Ingredients
Small potatoes – cut in half (unpeeled)
Small carrots
Oil – about 3-4 tbsp.
Garlic – unpeeled (use as many cloves as you want - 10-20)
Salt and pepper
The making of...
Preheat oven at 375.
Mix all together in a pot and bake in over for 45 to 60 minutes.
Poke with a fork to make sure they are soft, and yet crispy on the outside.
