In the Kitchen

Pomodoro Sugo (tomato sauce)
5 tbsp olive oil
3 garlic cloves (sliced into 6 pieces)
1 can San Marzano tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp chili peppers (or to taste)
Put oil in fry pan and add garlic.
Cook until tender. Do not burn.
Add tomatoes, salt & pepper, and chili peppers.
Heat on medium (gentle boil) for 25 minutes.
Remove from heat and put through food mill.
Place back in pot and serve with pasta.
