Pouding Chomeur

So easy to make, and so yummie... picture coming soon...

Got this from sweet little aunt Bertha a long time ago.

Sauce
1 cup brown sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 tbsp. butter

Put all in baking dish and stir until dissolved.

Cake
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp. baking power
Pinch of salt
2/3 cup white sugar

Mix all together and drop by spoonful in sauce. Bake @ 375F for 1/2 hour or until golden brown.
