Roast Pork
Rub lots of Dijon mustard on pork roast, pepper, and salt.
Put in pot then add cut potatoes, carrots, mushrooms, chicken broth, and white wine. Liquid should cover 1/3 of the potatoes. Add bay leaf and rosemary.
Oven Method
Cook at 500F for 7-10 minutes, then at 350F.
*Well done is 35-40 min. per lbs.
Stove Top Method

Sauté pork roast slowly until golden brown.

Add mushrooms and onion chunks.

Add chicken broth and white wine.

Cooking time is much like the oven method or longer. If sugo (sauce) is too thin, add a small mixture of flour and water (1/4 to 1/2 cup).
