Salad Dressing... a la Hubby
For one head Boston lettuce (or your favourite lettuce), add ingredients just before ready to serve.
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Clean salad, tear in bit size pieces, put in bowl. Pour olive oil in circle over the salad, add vinegar, toss salad thoroughly, and then add salt and pepper to taste.
Optional: 1/4 cup of "fresh" grated Parmesan cheese – not the store bought box stuff.
