Salmon on a Bagel with Capers and Red Onion
OK, c'mon, does it get any better? So simple and yummie.
Here, I sliced two sesame seed bagels.
Topped with spreadable Boursin cheese
Pieces of smoked salmon
Thinly sliced red onion
Capers all over
Yum is all I can say!!!
Serve as an appetizer with some Zinfandel. We like Gallo and Barefoot.
