Sausage Sauce

 

While this is my real picture, it is not of this recipe but is very close. Will post a new one once I have it.

Ingredients

Italian sausages – sliced... not too thin
Red pepper – sliced thin
1 small onion – chopped
2 cloves garlic - minced
Parsley – big bunch and chopped
1/2 can of tomatoes
1/2 tsp. tomato paste
A bit of water, wine, and broth
Salt, pepper, and paprika
Freshly grated Parmesan

 

The makinf of...

  1. Fry sausage, red pepper, and onion gently.

  2. Add remainder of ingredients and simmer for a while.

  3. Cook pasta... al dente.

  4. When done, put pasta in large bowl, add Parmesan, and then the sauce... which makes the sauce stick to the pasta.

 

Serve and add more Parmesan to taste.
