Sausage and Potato Goulash
Make sure your pot is big enough. I had to change half way.
Ingredients
4 Italian sausages
Oil and butter
4 potatoes – cut in slices
1 onions – chopped
1 red pepper – cut in thin strips
Garlic and parsley – chopped
2-3 plum tomatoes
Chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine
The making of...

Add oil and butter to pan and slowly fry sausages until golden.

Add potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, and red pepper. Stir and cook a few minutes.

Bring to a slight boil, then add tomatoes, chicken broth, and wine.

Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
