Sausage and Potato Goulash

 

Make sure your pot is big enough.  I had to change half way.


 

 

Ingredients

4 Italian sausages
Oil and butter
4 potatoes – cut in slices
1 onions – chopped
1 red pepper – cut in thin strips
Garlic and parsley – chopped
2-3 plum tomatoes
Chicken broth
1/2 cup white wine

 

The making of...

  1. Add oil and butter to pan and slowly fry sausages until golden.

  2. Add potatoes, onions, garlic, parsley, and red pepper. Stir and cook a few minutes.

  3. Bring to a slight boil, then add tomatoes, chicken broth, and wine.

  4. Simmer until potatoes are cooked.
