Turkey Noodle Soup

Of course, this was made with leftover turkey at Christmas time.

I found a number of recipes and winged it. Here's my take.

The base is the most important thing of all great recipe.

Ingredients

Oil and butter

1 onion - diced

Carrots - cut in small pieces

Celery - cut in small pieces

Garlic

Chicken broth

Chopped leftover turkey

Wide noodle

Salt and pepper
