Spinach Dip

 

Got this recipe from Alain many many moons ago – it is excellent. Can be eaten with bread, crackers, or vegetables.
 

2 pkg frozen spinach – thawed and drained
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
3 bunches green onions – minced
1 envelope Knorr vegetable soup mix

Mix all together.

Use two pumpernickel breads. Empty one to put dip in it, and cut the other into cubes. The bread crumb (middle of bread) of the first one can also be cut into cubes.
